You're as likely to survive as anyone is to survive a heart attack. The survival rate of a full on cardiac arrest is about 10%. That said angina is often called a mild heart attack, which I think should be included here. The survival rates on that are quite high (75-90% depending on the circumstances).
Both have long term consequences, if you do survive, of course. And even if you only have the mild, 90% survivable type, your chance of having the full 10% survivable type in the future is now much higher.

The smell you'd get use to, rotten cheese and meats, you'd get use to it until it didn't smell.
Also since it rained only pizza toppings either our blood is marinara sauce or we'd die from dehydration/diabetes/heart attack real fast.
