You could just use your body to move things. You're invulnerable, so no chance of damage. Still, you would have no ability to do things that require fine motor skills, like lifting or using objects. You basically just control an invulnerable blob of flesh.

Its like how x-ray vision works in the comics. You can basically look through walls.
