hey that domain is for sale

At first I thought this was obvious. Surely home.com is worth more than an awesome home, so just sell it and buy one. However, cubestat.com only appraises it at $18,000. Of course, thats just based on traffic. I expect such a nice short, concise name would sell for more. But now I'm not so sure.
